Can you write a NYT bestseller in 30 seconds?
O.N.E. is a very short adventure map I made in 5 days back in January 2022. It is a Minecraft remake of OLDTV , with a unique story and its own spin on interruptions and challenges.
I remember the moment I realized that Minecraft’s three dimensions (Overworld, Nether, End) can be abbreviated to “O.N.E.”, and I knew then and there that I had to make a map with that title. OLDTV had a very simple gameplay loop and also featured a story of progressing through the world, so it was a natural fit.
After I finished the map, I immediately submitted it to r/realms , where it was promptly rejected 4 months later for having uninteresting gameplay. In 2025 after I got into the program, this map was published without a hitch. Funny how that works.
